on the 2nd and 3rd of june 2006..oac had their final activity as a club...sobx..bud im sure that these two days have been reallie fun and fulfilling!! even though i only slept for like 1 hr 0_0 and alot o preparation has been put into organising these two activities..all the countless meetings..add together tink got 100 plus hrs alr...AND IT WAS WORTH IT=) reached sch at ard 7.30am to do final preparations for the mendaki ppl to arrive..collect firewood for 6 fire pits..dats alot o fire wood la..during the collection..i tore down a banana tree single-handedly..i have no idea how i did dat..best thing is there was a bunch of bananas still growing on that tree!!! must haf taken years to grow the bananas..i just wanted to rip some leaves off the trunk for outdoor cooking...so i was just pulling..den realised dat the tree was abit slanted...so i decided to stop..den when i was ripping leaves frm another banana tree beside it suddenly i heard this ggrrrachhh sound..den PIIIIAKKK...the entire banana tree fell( slow motion) right in front of my eyes..i was like 0_0 ORPS. it;s quite farnie actually..hahah...bud the poor tree!! 0_0 orps. bud guess i got my retribution..kena super alot o cuts on both my legs..esp the knee area..tink its the grass or dno wad la..bud got to collect as much firewood as possible within that hr la..so bo bian...den dey arrived!!! we were all quite excited..haha..all seating at the amphi waiting..den when we heard they were coming in 30 seconds..u cld tell that everyone had the same thoughts.."how wld dey be like?" cos dey are teenage delinquents ma..not to be biased against dem or wadever bud dose are normal thoughts...haha...so we were all debating whether to welcome them by clapping or doing the kallang wave... we ended up clapping..hahha...( cos the kallang wave abit cmi) there were like 99.9% malays..some were super small and cute..esp this boy and girl..damn small la! the girl's quite cute..haha...den there were older ones..tink the older guys are quite intimidating..bud they are harmless..tink the guys aged like tink 14 to 16 are very fun..haha..dey reallie brighten up the whole camp=) esp. mr shortest pants haha at ard 10 plus...they had outdoor cooking..ying kang demo-ed ( showed off ) his fire starting skills..haha..den dey were split into grps to cook!! at first quite chaotic cos some grps dun haf some food..den some grps the fire not catching...bud after like 30 mins..den peace..hahah..hope dey enjoyed the activity and the fondue!! dey had chocolate fondue w bananas...shiok... the malay guys had to go for their prayers after that..so the girls stayed back to paint tags for sac the next day..while some of the seniors slacking at i forgot where..hahah...slackers.. den when the guys came back..all had rockwall cum treasure hunt!! i must say hiding frm these ppl are quite fun..hahah..hiding w simon super fun oso..haha..bud my hiding spot abit kns..i was hiding in the last colourful door compartment below the grandstand..behind this super rusty metal cupboard...brilliant place to hide..bud damn disgusting..no air..and NO SPACE..i was like squashed in there for quite long..till leg cramp..and where was simon??..sitting down inside one of the shelves..0_- bomb..our station was the bashing building thing..so teams that manage to find us were suppose to build part of a basha qithin 1 min den i'll test it out w a heavy 1.5lit water bottle.. at ard 5plus..i had to come out o my hiding place to collect 69 nasi lemak packets for dinner=) shiok la!! fu wei's dad fetched me to get the rice..wah..heng he fetch..if not i dun even tink i can make it back to nj by cab..hahah den after more hiding and stuff...had dinner..den CAMPFIRE!! shawn and jason were the mcs...haha..when u put two spastic guys together..u get a spastic campfire=) bud bud it was reallie enjoyable!!! hahah..i tink the mendaki ppl enjoyed it..dey were quite high...the games were damn farnie..esp the longest breath and shortest pants thing..realie got the ppl cheering and high..haha..=) i rmb laffing with pearlyn till i peng.. den it was solo walk!!! well..it kind of ended in a rather tensed note..the leader of each grp was not blindfolded and one o dem had to lead the entire grp who are blindfolded frm their respective starting pnts in sch back to the store...my grp was w juniors victor and theresa..ALL of dem are reallie quite good actors and actresses...cos ALL cld see everthing even tho they were blindfolded..lousy blindfolds is like dat wan..hahaha...dere was this one part where somebody seddenly said " BENCH!" den all of us were like 0_0 u abit blindfolded0_0 .... anyway we made it quite fast to the store..wonder y...hahaha...bud we all had fun=) bud this girl sprained her ankle quite seriously..or so i thought..actually she was just pretending to sprain her ankle just to attract attention cos she had a conflict with some of the girls in her grp who were ostracising her throought the solo walk...ya...den when the truth was out..the girl that she had a conflict with suddenly cried..wah peng..we were all quite stunned cos she was screaming to us not to touch her...bud after dat everything was ok..phew..poor mr lum,...he rushed down for nutting..hhaha... den bed time!! FINALLY..bud i dun tink any of dem slept...some of dem were running out o the classrooms and we had to chase dem back0_- so we had to had sentry duty..0_0 mine was frm 3am to 4am..wad a brilliant timing..bud i didn;t sleep anyway so nvm..haha..zombified the next morning0_0 did last checks for sac stuff..tara was super nervous..made us all nervous and hyped up oso..bud its better la..den we can reallie hype up for this last oac activity...THE ADVENTURE CHALLENGE. woo..finally it's happening..haha..we planned for like ages..god..so we packed all our stuff and set off at 4.30am...super early..we even went without breakfast...BREAKFAST!! sobx...so we left fu wei and 3 other juniors behind to handle all the mendaki ppl..haha..poor thing...bud cannot help it..need to be there by 5.30am...when tara me ben khant ying kang and jessie took a cab down to sun plaza park...at first we alighted at the wrong park..we alighted at tampines park instead..den we had to walk all the way to sun plaza park...was quite anxious alr..haha..cos scared no time..den when we reached dere..there was this grp of oldies doinf tai chi..dey were " HU XI-ING" from the time we went to stick 30 clues ard the park area to the time we finished sticking dem...and still dey continues to ' HU XI" at the amphi...it was hilarious..ben was laffing like nobody's business..hahah...dey were basically doing this very farnie actions accompanied by the trademark hu xi music...god..wad a way to start the ac... den the teams slowly arrived one by one..and assembled at the amphi..soon 8am..SET OFF the race!! surprisingly...the teams found the first clue at the tampines biking trail quite quickly..damn fast la...hahah..dey were like ???? when dey saw the streogram...haha..up till today i still cant see that feeaking UBIN word in the stereogram so dose grps that cld see it was reallie zai=) so dere were like 13 grps left at the park..expected..so 2nd clue!! and surprisingly again..most of them managed to find it quite easily..0_0 i tot i hid the clues quite well..bomb...bud like dat oso good..i was super happy when i heard stan found the clue..cos reallie hopes class wld..and dey solved it quite quickly oso!!! good job! den mendaki ppl came..while the rest of the grps were still solving their 2nd clues..mendaki set off at 9am!! den i received a call frm the auntie frm the bike shop..apparently ying kang and i ordered bikes frm two different shops0_0...so weling had to close a deal with one o them..the auntie frm the ornage shop was super pissed and she kepy making noise...so wenling had to "silence" her with 50 bucks..hai..50 bucks loss..alamak..bud wenling handled it well=) den i had to handcarry 6 cannisters with 3 cannister refillers frm sunplaza park to semb hot spring..wah piang...the cannisters were as heavy as 1000000 elephants la..god..and while boarding bus 969..i smelled gas coming frm the cannister..0_0 scare me ike hell..wah..i tot the bus will explode or sth...bud in the end i dozed off on the bus till semb hot spring..heh..too tired.. unloaded the cannisters and went to buy egss and lunch (MACS!) with yu ling..met wendy at carrefour..dat marks the start of our own mini amazing race...hahah...we took 4 buses just to get frm northpoint to semb hot spring..how retarded is dat...god..bomb..so first we took 811 frm the WRONG busstop..haha..den along the way called goon to confirm if it;s the right bus..she said" got two 811 with diff routes!!!" den i was like 0_0 alamak. so we rushed down the bus..right after dat she said" but both goes to semb hot spring" 0_0 0_0 bomb bomb...so we waited for the next 811 which arrived 3 mins late..heng..den we happily got on...( with 90 eggs and lunch and we were running late btw) and ENDED UP BACK AT NOTRH POINT...BRILLIANT..hahaha...it's hilarious..den i msged jiayong who exploded..hahah...after dat we boarded 969 frm the CORRECT bus stop..this one confirm correct...bud guess wad..we alighted at the wrong bus stop at ended up all the way at WOODLANDS. msged jiayong again...he DIED. hahah...took 969 back..and finally reached semb hot spring...hmm..nice amazing race of our own dere..hahah so we tried out the hot water..tested out the cannisters..and slept while waiting for the first team to arrive..super tired..cannot take it.. den strawberry oocytes arrived!! yay..dey soaked their feet for 5 mins..quite smart...cos the egg will never turn hard-boiled even if we alr pre-soaked all the eggs for the teams..so ya..den mor teams arrived..the most hectic one was when 7 teams arrived at the same time..wah sai..want to arrive dun arrive..den all come at the same time..bud we handled it=)=) high 5 semb station masters!!! at 2.30pm at semb hot spring..i realised i was suppose to be at the ACSI busstop at 3pm...panic like shit..den rushed down all the way to coro to take 67..heng i told joyce eng before that wad to do when the teams arrive...so i went to coro ntuc to get drinks..heh...thirsty...bought isotonic packet drinks for chua's team..haha.. den rushed to the bus stop...the both of us survived 3 and a hlaf hrs at the bus stop...TORTURING..we ended up singing songs to entertain ourselves..while going nuts in between..damn boring!! rahhhhh...esp the last team to arrive..we were alr dyign at 7 plus..den we finally saw the last team...dey were super cheerful..hhaha...amazing..when we reached sch..prize presentation over..0_0 and the teams were complanining for their ez-link cards..0_- harlo!! joyce and i stone for sooo long at the bus stuop and this is wad we get...nvm..life of station masters is tough..hahah PAP came in 6th!! and won the tag competition..woo...i tink it;s reallie not bad=) had dinner with oacians at kap macs..den went home...a long day...a great experience=) O FOR OAC!!
